Safety and Security
The safety of all Jumbos, young and old, is of primary concern to us. The safety of the Tufts campus is ensured by the Department of Public and Environmental Safety, which consists of several organizations, including the Tufts University Police Department, the Tufts Fire Marshal, the Tufts Emergency Medical Service, etc. In addition, the department also manages parking, shuttle services, IDs and building security.
Students also have access to high quality health care from Tufts Health Services. Health Services provides services and sponsors activities to promote students' physical, psychological, and mental health.
